This policy applies to visitors, students, and people who send a contact enquiry through the public website.
Account data
When you create an account, the academy stores your name, email address, hashed password credentials through the authentication provider, optional profile fields such as WhatsApp number, country, timezone, and expected exam date, and whether your email has been verified.
Contact details and enquiries
If you submit the contact form, the academy stores the name, email, WhatsApp number, country, timezone, enquiry type, and message you provide so the team can respond. Internal admin notes on those messages are not shown on the public website.
Authentication and session information
The website uses authenticated sessions to keep you signed in and to protect student, doctor, and admin areas. Session records are used to recognise a logged-in user and to allow sign-out or session revocation.
Course progress and trial access
After enrollment, and during a free trial where offered, the academy may store course enrollment or trial-access timestamps, course access activity, and lesson-progress information such as watched lessons so that you can continue learning from your student dashboard. Progress recorded during a trial is kept if you later purchase the Course.
Payment processing
Paid recorded-course checkout is processed by Fawaterak. The academy stores payment records needed to confirm a purchase: course association, amount, currency, payment status, merchant reference, and provider identifiers returned by Fawaterak.
Card numbers, CVV, and card expiry details are entered on Fawaterak's hosted checkout. The academy does not store raw card PAN, CVV, or expiry data in its database.
Security
Access to student courses, payments, and admin tools is restricted by authenticated roles. Payment confirmation for enrollment uses a verified Fawaterak webhook. The academy does not ask you to send card details by email or WhatsApp.
