What is delivered
A recorded course purchase provides electronic access to the purchased course content inside the student account. Delivery is account access, not a downloadable physical package and not a shipped item. There is no physical shipping.
Free trial activation
Where offered, electronic Trial access is activated on the Student account for the duration displayed on the Course page when the Student starts the Trial. No payment and no card details are required to start the Trial.
Paid Course activation
Paid Course access is activated electronically after successful payment is verified through the payment provider and Enrollment activation completes.
After you complete payment on Fawaterak, the academy waits for a verified payment confirmation from the payment provider. When that confirmation is received and the payment is marked paid, enrollment is activated automatically on the same student account.
The browser return page after Fawaterak is not the authority for access. If the return page is still pending, access is granted only after the verified payment confirmation is processed.
Account requirement
You must have a student account, and the email on that account must be verified, before paid checkout can start. Course access is attached to the account that completed the purchase.
How to open the course
Sign in and open the student dashboard course library. A Course started on a free trial or purchased after verified payment appears there once access is active.
If access is not activated
If payment succeeded but the course is not yet visible on your account, contact customer service with your account email, course title, and payment reference. Do not send card details.
Personal and group training
One-to-one and group Zoom training are scheduled services. They are confirmed with the academy and are not delivered as an automatically unlocked recorded-course library item unless a published recorded course is the product purchased.
