Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where offered, prospective students may start a free trial for a published Course. The available duration is shown on the relevant Course page. The trial is timed on the academy server, can be used only once per Student per Course, and does not require payment or card details.

Students are encouraged to use any free trial displayed on the Course page before purchasing.

Once payment has been completed and paid Course access has been activated, purchases of digital Course access are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided solely because a Student changes their mind, does not complete the Course, does not use the Course, chooses not to continue after purchasing, or purchased without fully using an available free trial.

Exceptional cases may be reviewed where:

• A duplicate or incorrect payment was charged.
• Payment was successfully completed but Course access could not be delivered because of a verified technical or payment-processing issue that could not be resolved.
• A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
• The merchant or payment provider approves an exceptional reversal or refund.

This policy does not promise that every refund request will be accepted. Ordinary dissatisfaction or a change of mind after purchase is not a basis for a refund.

Approved refunds, where applicable, must be returned through the appropriate payment method and payment-provider workflow. Payment-provider and issuing-bank processing times may vary.

The website does not automatically refund payments when this page is viewed or when a contact message is sent. Exceptional refund or reversal processing remains operational and manual through the Fawaterak merchant workflow.

Refund or payment-support enquiries may be submitted through the Contact Us page or the customer-service details below. Include the student name, account email, course title, and payment reference if you have it. Do not send card details.
